The Genesys Managed Services Suite is designed to be delivered by telecommunications companies, service providers and systems integrators.

The Genesys Managed Services Suite provides web-based CRM infrastructure available in IP, TDM , or combined telephony environments and real-time information and business analytics.
The Genesys Managed Services Suite enables deployment, individually or in combination, of voice prompts from the network and routing menus that can be managed through an HTML web interface, web-based transactions and exchange information via any phone (for enterprises using web servers) and intelligent network routing and call parking services.
