Verint Systems, a provider of analytic software-based solutions for enterprise business intelligence, announced that ULTRA IntelliFind, a solution for generating actionable intelligence from free-form speech, has been named a TMC Labs Innovation Award winner by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine. IntelliFind utilises patent-pending indexing, categorisation and ranking technologies to create a searchable audio database generated from customer interactions in a contact centre.
ULTRA IntelliFind enables decision makers to identify calls relevant to specific business objectives based on user-defined criteria, including key words and phrases.
