The winners of the European Call Centre Awards 2003 were announced last week at the Call Centre Expo UK 2003, during the annual gala awards evening attended by 960 guests. Loot Contact Centre scooped the overall title of European Call Centre of the Year and 18 other major awards were presented. The Awards, judged by an independent panel of leading professionals within the call & contact centre industry, recognise the success and achievements of those companies and individuals within call & contact centres throughout Europe.
