790 — Verint launches ULTRA EXPRESS to small to mid-size contact centres

Verint Systems, a provider of analytic software-based solutions and enterprise business intelligence, launched today ULTRA Express, a new software solution specifically designed to meet the intelligent recording needs of small to mid-size contact centres. Based on Verint’s ULTRA Intelligent recording solution, ULTRA Express delivers intelligence for small to medium contact centres, allowing them to leverage customer contacts to optimise their processes and satisfy compliance and risk management requirements.

Two ULTRA Express applications, Quality Management and Transaction Management , are designed to  provide easy access to the intelligence that can be derived from each customer interaction.

“ULTRA Express brings the power of actionable intelligence to this market through our increasing network of channel partners,” said Dan Bodner, Verint’s president and CEO. “Actionable intelligence will enable small to mid-size contact centre operations to enhance business processes and service quality to better meet the needs of customers.”
