627 — International Contact Centre Quality Congress 10-11 June, London

May 5, 2003 | Conteúdos Em Ingles

The first International Contact Centre Quality Congress (ICQC 2003) is to be held at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, London, on June 10-11. Organised by Mitial Research in association with Euromoney Exhibitions Group, ICQC 2003 will feature presentations of intelligence-based research, case studies and workshops, specifically designed to provide executives with the tools to deliver their own benchmarking and improve organisational understanding of quality management systems.

“Senior contact centre executives are being asked to improve customer satisfaction and productivity while reducing costs. ICQC 2003 will help them achieve their goals by providing an exchange of information and ideas in a non-threatening and non-competitive forum,” Mitial Research’s managing director, Mike Allen , commented.

Attending companies will be offered the opportunity to participate in MIBS – the Mitial Research’s International Benchmarking Study, which provides a secure and private appraisal of the quality performance of individual contact centres. The aggregated results of all MIBS participants will presented at ICQC 2003 to provide a statistically valid benchmark for all contact centres to measure themselves against.
