Whether implemented as ‘Inhouse’ or as outsourced consulting services – call centers have become indispensable instruments for modern marketing campaigns and sales strategists.
At present, the market situation is proving itself a challenge for a number of organizations. The current reduction in investments and purchasing and the accompanying drop in sales and profits leads organizations to place their highest priority on increased sales while attempting to find possibilities to reduce costs, stated Klaus Wowereit , current mayor of the city of Berlin and exhibitions patron.
Over 3,200 congress participants and exhibition visitors attended the previous CallCenterWorld in February 2002.
