Quatro, a Portuguese IT software provider, showcased today in Lisbon its latest ‘4 Customer’, a CRM suite aimed at marketing & sales professionals, powered by IBM’s Lotus-Domino platform. The main features highlighted are its modular bespoke architecture, workflow inclusion facilities, multilingualism, ACD/CTI integration and database replication.

“We have been working with IBM’s Lotus-Domino messaging platform for a long time. It manages efficiently documental databases clustering disparate information. Besides, it allowed us to open the scope of our offer: in the past we only had products focused on commercial areas processes and now we offer solutions for marketing and sales embedded with call centres as well,” says Eugénio da Fonseca, e-business director at Quatro.

The 4Customer suite is composed by five main modules: Base Components, 4Marketing, 4Sales, 4Service and 4Analysis.

4Marketing incorporates ‘Campaigns’, ‘Commercial Events’, ‘Mailing/Scheduling’ and ‘Integration with Call Centre (ACD/CTI) – powered by Cycos, it allows voice integration through CTI, providing automatic call distribution (ACD) , and the creation of performance charts.

4Sales contains ‘Report of Activities’, ‘Customer and Sales Targets Manager’, ‘Deals and Sales Manager’, ‘Financial database’, ‘Events’ and ‘Proposals’.

4Service integrates ‘Technical Support Manager’, ‘Warranty Manager’, ‘Claims and Suggestions Database’ and, like 4Marketing module, the ‘Integration with Call Centre’ facility.
