Loquendo technology has been chosen to power the automatic contact centre of the recently inaugurated Museum of Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto in northern Italy. With Loquendo‘s application, customers are interacting with virtual contact centre in Italian and English on a 24×7 basis, to obtain all the necessary information on the exhibitions and special events scheduled, the museum’s opening hours – and even to book tickets.

The service, which incorporates Loquendo TTS synthetic speech and Loquendo ASR speaker-independent automatic speech recognition, can be accessed from any kind of phone – just using one’s voice.
