The Direct Marketing Association in UK (DMA) will hold a half-day workshop by 23 Jan. at its premises in London. The session is designed for DM newcomers and will tackle issues like industry size and value, impact of e-commerce and future trends and challenges.
Established in 1992, as the result of a merge of various like-minded trade bodies, Direct Marketing Association UK is a trade association in the marketing and communications sector aiming the promotion of its ongoing development. It ranges sectors as diverse as direct mail, telemarketing and e-commerce.
