SITEL strengthens its Board of Directors to build upon the positive results gained in the last nine months
SITEL Corporation (NYSE:SWW), leading provider of outsourced, contact center management services, announced in July 23 the recent appointment of Juan Carlos Casarrubios to the position of Managing Director in Spain.
Juan Carlos Casarrubios (44 years of age) trained as an architect and with a degree in General Management from the IESE Business School has extensive, international experience in Europe, Latin America and other countries in the I.T. and Telecommunications environment. 
Casarrubioss mission within SITEL Ibérica is to lead further growth and development of innovative services from the solid base obtained by the Company in the last three quarters. With this appointment, SITEL reinforces its commitment to success with current and future clients based on its renowned experience, global infrastructure, leading edge technology, vision and creativity.
Casarrubioss career has taken him through various executive positions in Bosch Telecom, Vinsa, BICC-Corning, Grupo Iberdrola as well as Chief Operating Officer for Sintel, Red Eléctrica Telecomunicaciones and Chairman of Grupo Aleph. During this time he has also performed board member functions at an international level for various companies in different sectors mainly connected with the Telecommunications and IT industries.
