The Contact Centers Portal project was created in Portugal in the beginning of 2001 a group of specialized portals for three independent linguistic and cultural communities: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
After a years work, with a strong operational, practical personality and with an autonomous editorial status, the Contact Center portal is the biggest professional mass media specially designed for (tele)communication activities in Portuguese and Spanish languages.
2002 is the year that marks the creation of the European Portal a portal in English, serving the European Community countries.
