Verint Systems announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Voicetec, a provider of Customer Interaction Management Solutions for multimedia contact centres. Based in The Netherlands, Voicetec B.V. is an independent solution provider and distributor of advanced communication solutions based on VoIP technology.
The company specialises in serving multimedia contact centres where communications through phone, email and/or internet converge. Under the terms of the agreement, Voicetec will sell, implement and support Verint’s ULTRA and ULTRA Express actionable intelligence solutions to companies that seek to improve the overall performance of their contact centres.
ULTRAs actionable intelligence will enable Voicetec customers to further improve the service they provide, comments David Parcell, managing director, EMEA for Verint Systems. The signing of this agreement further demonstrates the expansion of our partner programme across EMEA.
