Amcat announced that Technology Marketing Corporation’s Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine named Contact Centre Suite 2005 as a recipient of a 2005 IP Contact Centre Technology Pioneer Award.
The IP Contact Centre Technology Pioneer Award recognises companies that have created a successful IP contact centre product or service that is truly innovative. Editor-in-chief, Nadji Tehrani from Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine commented, ‘The winner of this award has been judged to provide the ‘best-of-the-best’ in IP contact centre technology and demonstrates stand out features, functions and capabilities setting them apart from others in this space.’
