CosmoCom made publicly known that Mark Lepko has joined the organization as Vice President of Sales for the Americas.
The Company, which created this position in response to the rapidly increasing demand in the Americas for hosted and premise-based IP contact center solutions, such as its CosmoCall Universe all-IP, unified contact center system, highlights that Mark brings in more than 20 years of call center industry experience in sales and sales management.
Before enrolling at CosmoCom, Mark was Voice Genies Vice President of Sales for North America. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Verint Systems, and held senior sales and sales management positions at Rockwell and at Aspect, where he became Corporate Officer in charge of Central US and Canadian Sales and Service operations.
