The Aspect Uniphi Connect solution, has won the Best of Show award at the International Call Center Management Conference and Exposition (ICCM) held in Chicago.
The awarded solution consists in a hybrid call center product for deploying both PSTN- and IP-based agents on a single platform. The Company says it makes it simpler for businesses to extend single and multisite call centers, reach lower-cost labor-pool areas and create flexible deployments for environments such as branch offices and at-home agents.
