Ericsson and Finnet Logistics, have signed a Ethernet DSL Access delivery contract. Under its terms, all Finnet companies, will have equal opportunities to deploy this technology and therefore offer a new type of broadband services for residential and business users. The low cost of initial investment and maintenance as well as the excellent scalability, seems to have determined this choice.
“In 2003 the number of Finnet broadband customers grew by 94%. Our domestic market share is over 20%. With extensive coverage on the broadband market, we are now focusing on further developing our broadband services nationwide“, says Matti Makkonen, Managing Director, Finnet Ltd.
Deliveries for several Finnet companies have already started.
