The 5th annual European Contact Centre Exchange will be held in Amsterdam on 21st and 22nd February. This invitation only two-day meeting will give you the unique opportunity to benchmark the quality and performance of your own operations, discuss the challenges facing you, brainstorm with your peers and analyse the potential solutions available. You will choose 8-10 workshops in which you hear, learn and question the many case studies that are presented. You are also given the opportunity to build one to one meetings into your schedule, ensuring your two days out of the office are well spent.
